All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive your order
- you receive the wrong item
- defective, damaged item
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, etc.)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, COVID-19 factor, delayed by a natural disaster).
Please postmark back the product within 7 days from the date you received it. Assure that you return the product back to the correct address and email us the tracking number within 3 days. You should pay the return shipping fee.
Shipping fee or the rush shipping fee is not able to be refunded. This applies for any item purchased at normal retail price.
Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other charges.
*If the product you received is unacceptably defective, broken, or out of order…You can submit refund requests within 3 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact us information.
